摘要电离辐射职业暴露是工作环境中的一个重要健康风险因素。既往大量实验和临床研究均已证实，电离辐射可对人体健康效应产生影响。鉴于此，科学的电离辐射健康风险评估方法和有效的电离辐射防护技术对于制定电离辐射职业暴露防护措施至关重要。本文旨在综述电离辐射健康效应、健康风险评估方法和辐射防护措施等，并建议进一步开展低剂量辐射健康效应、个体差异和防护策略优化研究，建立完善的健康监护机制、定期开展健康检查和辐射剂量监测，工作人员自身严格遵守操作规程、切实做好职业防护，以最大程度降低电离辐射职业暴露的潜在危害、确保职业暴露人群身体健康和生命安全。
