摘要目的分析医用电子直线加速器不同迷宫结构对机房门口辐射水平的影响。方法采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法，对比了2种不同迷宫宽度的加速器机房辐射场分布，并对辐射水平进行分析。结果迷路宽大的加速器机房门口的辐射水平明显高于迷路紧凑的加速器机房门口的辐射水平，窄迷路模型机房门口的中子辐射水平相较宽迷路模型下降了38.6%，X射线辐射水平也有下降的趋势。结论在设计医用电子直线加速器时，应采用紧凑的迷宫结构，以减少无效空间设置，从而降低机房门口的辐射水平，提高辐射防护效果。
