摘要目的了解和评估放射诊疗机构相关人员对职业卫生标准《放射治疗机房的辐射屏蔽规范第1部分：一般原则》GBZ/T 201.1-2007的实施情况，为修订该标准提供科学依据。方法依据《卫生标准跟踪评价工作指南》WS/T 536—2017和标准评估实施方案，采用线上调查方式，对国内18个省份146家放射诊疗机构212名相关人员进行问卷调查。建立调查数据库，采用Microsoft Excel 2010进行统计分析。结果共收集调查问卷215份，其中有效调查问卷212份。有77.8%的放射诊疗机构相关人员认为该标准的运用具有普遍性，有96.2%的放射诊疗机构相关人员认为该标准能够满足工作需要，有63.7%的放射诊疗机构相关人员参加过该标准的相关培训，有74.1%的放射诊疗机构相关人员每年使用该标准 1 次及以上，有10.8%的放射诊疗机构相关人员认为该标准“需要修订”。结论放射诊疗机构相关人员对该标准的基本情况和内容知晓率较高，但对标准内容的理解和应用程度有待提升，建议有关单位进一步加强标准的宣贯和培训，结合实际情况修订标准部分内容，提升放射诊疗机构相关人员对标准的应用能力。
