    Objective To study the compare the measurement results and theoretical results of the accelerator room ambient dose equivalent rate,and explore the relationship between them.Methods Using tenth-value layer to estimate ambient dose equivalent rate of the accelerator room and according to the national standards' recommended method to test the accelerator room ambient dose equivalent rate.Results The measurement ambient dose equivalent rates of the accelerator rooms are less than that of the theoretical results,the measurement ambient dose equivalent rates of the primary shielding wall are 30.0%~56.0% smaller than that of the theoretical results.Conclusion It is feasible and safe to apply tenth.-value layer to estimate ambient dose equivalent rate of the accelerator room.

    Objective To understand the health status of medical workers who exposed to radiated environment of low doses in long-term and to provide the basis for scientific management of occupational health surveillance.Methods To collect the radiation workers health check lists of 9 Medical Institutions in Yinchuan city and the physical examination results were analyzed.Results 96.5% radiation workers' the personal doses were less than 5 mSv of 9 medical institutions in Yinchuan city in 2014.compared with the personal doses of different radiation types the doses of the dose of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the diagnostic radiology group,nuclear medicine group and radiation therapy group;External irradiation dose among different service length group has no of staffs statistical significance.The abnormal rates of the index of blood routine,liver function and kidney function among different types have no statistical significance;In different service length group,the staffs of ≥ 20 years group's abnormal rates of white blood cell were significantly higher than other groups,10 years service group's abnormal rates of ALT and AST were significantly higher than other those of groups.Conclusion Radiation workers external dose at a low level,long-term and low-dose ionizing radiation may have an adverse effect on the hematopoietic system and liver function of radiology staff.

    Objective To evaluate the radiation dose of examine beside DR and the nearby patient the with and without Lead shields.Methods The examination environment of anteroposterior chest beside DR was simulated using the Chinese anthropomorphic chest phantom.The same exposure parameters were set for X-ray photography and exposure to X-ray was conducted to the following six simulation environments;before the use of lead shield and after the use of five types of lead-equivalent shield(0.125、0.175、0.25、0.35 和0.5 mm).The thermoluminescent dosimeters(TLDs) were placed on the detection points on the surface of the body for the examinee and the nearby patient,and the TDLs were recycled and read to calculate the amount of the Air Kerma at the detection points of the examinee and the nearby patient for statistical analysis.Results Comparison in the amount of Air Kerma on at the detection point for the examinee:after the use of five types of lead shield,the amount of Air Kerma at the detection point of the examinee did not have statistical difference compared with that before the use of lead shield.Comparison in the amount of Air Kerma at the detection point for the nearby patient:after the use of five types of lead shield,the amount of Air Kerma at the detection point for the patient has statistical difference compared with that before the use of the lead shield.Conclusion The use of lead shield during the bedside DR examination can significantly reduce the amount of radiation for nearby patients while the radiation dosage of the examinee does did not increase.When the lead equivalent of the shield is ≥ 0.35 mm,the nearby patient's radiation dosage can be reduced by over 60%.

    Objective To investigate the current status of radiological protection consciousness among radiologic veterinary in order to explore the special emphasis point of radiological protection work in future.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to radiologic veterinary in Minhang district.Then the data was input into the computer for statistical analysis.Results Both the awareness of radiological basic and protection knowledge and practice of radiological protection behavior were in high levels among the investigated workers(>60%).Awareness of radiological protection knowledge and practice of radiological protection behavior in radiologic veterinary working longer than 5 years were higher than that in staff working shorter than 5 years;practice of radiological protection behavior in radiologic veterinary with bachelor or master degrees was higher than that in staff with college degree;compared with assistant,veterinary were with higher practice of protection behavior.Low education was the risk factor for improper protection with OR value of 3.986,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The stuff with low working ageor low education and veterinary assistants should be the focus groups to be trained with radiological protection knowledge.

    Objective In order to optimize the relevant sections of the Radiation Workers' Personal protective measures,in this research we analyze the results of individual external dose of radiation monitoring of a hospital in Beijing.Methods The study objective of this research was the radiation workers who work in a certain grade-three general hospital in Beijing.The research objectives were divided into three groups based on the nature of work,interventional radiology,nuclear medicine,radiology diagnosis respectively;and the research objectives were divided into three groups according to division of occupation,specific physicians,technicians,nurses respectively.Thermoluminescence method was adopted in this research to monitor personal dose and compare the results.Results The Individual Dose Monitoring Results of the hospital was less than 5 mSv,which was below the national standard,and at a low level every year stably.In this research we found statistically significant difference between the interventional radiology group and radiographic diagnosis group,interventional radiology group which was absorbed higher effective dose than radiographic diagnosis group(P < 0.05).There is no statistically significant difference the radiology group and nuclear medicine group,and interventional radiology diagnosis group(P > 0.05).There is no statistically significant among physicians group,technicians group and nurses group(P > 0.05).Conclusion In this research we found interventional radiology workers absorb relatively higher effective dose and we should enhance self-awareness of occupational radiation protection and health by effective protection education and rules implement.

    Objective To investigate the security management of the y irradiation facilities decommissioning.Methods Referring to the relevant national laws,regulations and rules,standards and norms.Results All the waste radioactive sources were finally returned to the original factories.By detecting and analyzing the radioactive substances in the soil near the irradiation facilities and the stored water in the well as well as those at the bottom and on wall of the well,we finally came to a monitoring result showing that the γ and β radiations in the area had reached the clearance level,which can ensure the public dose limit to stay less than 0.1mSv/a.Conclusion The decommissioning site of irradiation facilities can be used unlimitedly.

    Objective To know the cognition towards the risk of nuclear power,as well as their related factors,among the residents living in the vicinity of a nuclear power plant(NPP).Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was applied to select 559 male and 536 female residents within 30 km devided four groups according to the different distants around the Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant;using households survey questionnaires and focus combined approach to investigate the every member.Results There were about 46.9%,37.3%,15.8% of interviewees respectively having the attitude towards approvement,neutral,opposement to the construction of the NPP in local area.About 82.8% of interviewees hoped to know the related message of NPP,There were 87.6% of the interviewees believing that propaganda and education on nuclear radiation was not sufficient in China.Conclusion The residents living in the vicinity of a nuclear power plant are eager to know nuclear radiation correctly and completely.The levels of acceptance about nuclear power is low.It is important for the government to enhance nuclear safety knowledge and to carry out health education on nuclear radiation among the target population.

    Objective To improve the operation efficiency of the environmental radiation monitoring station.Methods Based on the operational experience of the existing stations,the data pre-processing,preventive maintenance,and frame extracting video surveillance are proposed.Results Through the data pre-processing module,the abnormal data will automatically be masked and will not be analysed,the system access speed is accelerated;The capability of active maintenance and active protection are enhanced through the preventive maintenance module and the frame extracting video surveillance technology,respectively.Conclusion The system operation efficiency is improved by the data pre-processing,preventive maintenance and the frame extracting video surveillance modules.

    Objective The folding iodine adsorber carbon was exchanged and then repeatedly used were researched.Methods Experiment of exchanging carbon for used and simulation used folding iodine adsorber were accomplished.Results The cleaning coefficient and pressure drop were satisfied technical requirement of nuclear power plant.Conclusion The used folding iodine adsorber could be repeatedly used over there times and have good performance.

    Objective Analysis of the radiation characteristics of 8 MeV electron irradiation accelerator.Methods Established geometric model of X-ray from 8 MeV electrons incident on lead target? iron target,,aluminum target,X ray energy spectrums from 0 degree to 180 degree and dose emission rates in 0 degree、90 degree、180 degree were calculated by MCNP5.Results Dose emission rates agree well with the data from NCRP Report No.51.Conclusion Dose emission rates have obvious direction,the maximum rate is in 0 degree on lead target and rates decrease with angle increasing or target atomic number reduction;X-ray energy spectrum in 0 degree is most hard and spectrums become soft with angle increasing or target atomic number reduction.

    Objective To explore the application value of heart three-segment ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal heartbeat transposition graph complete transposition of the great arteries(TGA).Methods By retrospectively analyzing of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of TGA heart three-segment method applied fetal 21 cases,and analyzing the characteristics of echocardiographic images.Results 13 in 21 cases of TGA cases were confirmed by autopsy.8 cases were confirmed by postpartum echocardiography,of which 17 cases for the right type(80.95%),4 cases of left a type(19.05%),16 cases(76.19%) in full compliance with prenatal diagnosis,part 5 cases(23.81%).Some of the matches missing diagnosis of anomalous origin of coronary artery in 1 case,some type of pulmonary vein ectopic drainage in 1 case,small ventricular septal defect in 2 cases,1 case of atrial septal defects.Conclusion Heart three segment method is a reliable method of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of TGA and has great value in clinical application.
