Objective To analyze the situation of radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions which were selected from national "double random" inspection in Hebei from 2017 to 2019, to provide data support and reference for the improvement of "double random" inspection mechanism and management effectiveness. Methods Relevant information and work data of radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions sampled in Hebei from 2017 to 2019 were summarized and analyzed. Results There were totally 1733 radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions sampled form national "double random" inspection in Hebei from 2017 to 2019, of which 790 were hospitals at or above the first level, accounting for 45.59%. The main factors affecting the "double random" inspection were that the supervisors were insufficient, and lacked relevant professional knowledge. In addition, due to the number of radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in the "double random" system database was inconsistent with the actual data of the supervised units, the number of closed and cancelled units accounted for 14.54% of the total units selected from national "double random" inspection, so there was a phenomenon of low completion rate and high achieving rate. The main problems and punishment cases were mainly centered on radiation diagnosis and treatment licenses, construction projects, management of radiation diagnosis and treatment sites and their protective measures. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the "double random" random inspection mechanism, strengthen publicity and training, supervise and urge radiological institutions to implement rectification, enhance legal awareness, standardize practice according to law, strengthen the use of "double random" means, and rationally allocate and supervise supervisors, then as a result, the health law enforcement effectiveness and service level will be improved.

Radiotherapy was performed when the bladder volume was reached the fixed volume. Patients in the control group received radiotherapy immediately after spontaneous bladder control. CBCT scan was performed to measure set-up errors on directions of left/right, dorsal/ventral, and head/foot, respectively. Results In the three directions of left/right, dorsal/ventral, and head/foot, the set-up errors of the observation group and control group were (1.71 ±0.48) mm, (1.43 ±0.68) mm, (1.97 ±0.52) mm and (1.79 ±0.54) mm, (1.61 ±0.80) mm, (3.10 ±1.01) mm. The set-up errors of head/foot direction of patients in the observation group were significantly smaller than that of patients in the control group (t = -3.837,P < 0.05). The outspread boundary calculated by positioning errors were 4.611 mm、4.051 mm、5.289 mm and 4.853 mm、4.585 mm、8.457 mm, respectively. The head and foot direction of the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The consistency of bladder filling volume of patients with cervical cancer is good to improve radiotherapy positioning accuracy, reduce the external expansion and exposure of normal tissue, which can help accurate radiotherapy.

Objective To explore the application value of CT vascular display rate in uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors. Methods a total of 42 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 and 42 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected to receive plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan and respectively analyze the characteristics of the two diseases and the application value of plain CT and enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of diseases. Results There were 4 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 13 cases of granulosa cell carcinoma, 14 cases of cystadenocarcinoma, 2 cases of cyst, 4 cases of fibroma and 5 cases of teratoma in ovarian tumors. The display rate of ovarian veins and arteries in patients with uterine fibroids was lower than that in patients with ovarian tumors (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the display rate of uterine arteries in patients with uterine fibroids and patients with ovarian tumors (P > 0.05), but the display rate of uterine arteries in patients with uterine fibroids was slightly higher than that in patients with ovarian tumors. The positive rate of contrast-enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that of plain CT scan (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of ovarian tumor and uterine fibroids the display rate of ovary and ovarian vein blood vessels can be a diagnostic reference indexes. In ovarian tumor of ovary and ovarian, vein blood vessels show higher display rate. Enhanced CT scan can clearly observed the related blood vessels phenomenon, which has higher diagnosis rate in disease diagnosis. It can be further popularization and application in clinical.

The radionuclide 131I is the most commonly used nuclide in nuclear medicine and also a key nuclide that threatens the health of radiation workers. At present, the monitoring of radiation workers in China is limited to the individual dose monitoring of external radiation, while there are few studies on internal exposure monitoring methods, so it is of great significance to explore the internal dose measurement method of radioactive 131I. The methods for measuring the dose of 131I in thyroid are mainly included direct measurement in vitro, biological sample analysis and air sampling analysis. In this paper, the progress of internal dose measurement method of 131I in human thyroid was reviewed, in order to provide reference for the establishment of rapid and direct measurement method of 131I in human thyroid.
